Fiona’s Top Tips:

1
Drink a cup of hot water with half a squeezed lemon first thing in the morning and it will clear old mucous and cleanse kidneys. It may help prevent kidney stones.
2
Drink 2 litres of clean water per day. This amount alone is lost through sweat, urine, breathing and general body processes in a day.
3
As an aid to weightloss, reverse your eating programme. Eat your main meal for breakfast when the stomach is at its peak for processing, a lesser lunch and a smoothie/ soup for dinner.
4

More advice for weightloss. Never eat protein and carbohydrate together as they process at different rates.

5
Always eat fruit before a meal because it is processed faster than any other food and will putrefy in the bowel if eaten after protein or carbohydrate.
6
Start your beauty sleep before 11 pm. Between 11pm and 3 am your liver and gallbladder are cleansing and detoxifying and require the body to rest while they do so.
