Drink a cup of hot water with half a squeezed lemon first thing in the morning and it will clear old mucous and cleanse kidneys.

Drink 2 litres of clean water per day. This amount alone is lost through sweat, urine, breathing and general body processes in a day.

As an aid to weightloss, reverse your eating programme. Eat your main meal for breakfast when the stomach is at its peak for processing, a lesser lunch and a smoothie/soup for dinner.

More advice for weightloss, proteins and carbohydrates process at different rates, so try not to eat them at the same meal.

Try to eat fruit before a meal or in between meals because it is processed faster than other foods
